To make Arches from any width of steel strip to any length and curve required is done by fixing out Flexi Wall Spinal Track to the edges of each side of the galvanised 20 gauge steel strip or you can make barrel arches of any width similarly using steel or other flexible material, for instance hard board.

Flexi Wall Spinal Track is simply pop riveted or screwed to the outside edges of the material used and will flex with this arch material to any curve required, and the Track can be made to any length and will give the edges of the arch a row of evenly spaced tags with holes in them to fix to the surrounding timber or steel framing.
